Crestwood Medical Facility
For the convenience of our neighbors to the south, CCDD has re-opened its facility in Southeast Huntsville near Crestwood Medical Facility, Airport Road, and Whitesburg Drive. Most CCDD physicians rotate through this facility and Dr. Meyer works primarily from this facility.

From North or South Huntsville
Take the Memorial Parkway and exit onto Airport Road. Proceed east on Airport Road about 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Hospital Drive SW as though you were going to Crestwood Medical Facility. At the four-way stop go straight and the Crestwood Medical Pavilion will be on your right. Valet parking is available and free for our patients.
From Decatur and Points West
Take I-565 East and exit Memorial Parkway South. Exit Memorial Parkway at the Airport Road exit. Turn left onto Airport Road. Proceed east on Airport Road about 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Hospital Drive SW as though you were going to Crestwood Medical Facility. At the four-way stop go straight and the Crestwood Medical Pavilion will be on your right. Valet parking is available and free for our patients.
From Scottsboro and Points East
Take Highway 72 to I-565 West past downtown Huntsville. Exit I-565 onto Memorial Parkway South. Exit Memorial Parkway at the Airport Road exit. Turn left onto Airport Road. Proceed east on Airport Road about 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Hospital Drive SW as though you were going to Crestwood Medical Facility. From Guntersville and Points Southeast
Take Highway 431 Northwest toward Huntsville. Highway 431 turns into Governors Drive as you enter Huntsville. Turn left onto the Memorial Parkway heading south. Exit Memorial Parkway at the Airport Road exit. Turn left onto Airport Road. Proceed east on Airport Road about 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Hospital Drive SW as though you were going to Crestwood Medical Facility. At the four-way stop go straight and the Crestwood Medical Pavilion will be on your right.
